Unfortunately some suburbs have no delivery service available, in this instance the florist will phone you to organise other arrangements.

Flower types and colours will vary depending on seasonal availability- the florist will select the freshest option available at the time of order, to best suit your chosen item.

REFUNDS

Unfortunately, as flowers are perishable, we are unable to replace/refund flower orders due to a simple change of mind. If there is a problem with the quality of flowers sent or received, we would appreciate a phone call immediately (within 24hrs). This is not what we wish for and pride ourselves on our premium flowers and their great quality. 

If the order is cancelled with more than 24hrs notice prior to the delivery date of the items, a new delivery date will be organised or a refund will be provided. Please note, events and weddings have specialised terms & conditions regarding cancellations.

SUBSTITUTE

Please allow for changes, availability of flowers depends on time and seasons. Our range of blooms and foliage are carefully selected by our professional team of florists with freshness, quality and value in mind. Where needed, substituted blooms will be used at our discretion in order to reflect the same style and colour of pictured designs. If a particular flower is of personal significance, please call the team at Valentino’s Flowers to ensure availability.
